Jeff Harris
SALES DIRECTOR
Born near coastal NC, I found a genuine love for the ocean at a young age, especially surfing and fishing. While working as a waiter during college, I discovered my love for helping others. Perhaps it’s that southern hospitality that is stamped on my DNA, but I believe success comes from genuinely listening and caring about what a person needs, then doing everything I can to help them find the very best solution.
I attended my first Buckeye football game in 1995 and immediately fell in love with all things OSU. I also spent many years as the lead vocalist for a successful local band, and as the singer/songwriter for an all-original band too.
Sheena Erney
ACCOUNTING
I spent over 10 years in corporate banking and quit corporate life to be a stay-at-home mom before my second child turned one. I love taking my four little ones on adventures, but I missed the hustle and bustle of work life. It’s exciting to work for a small business where we can so easily stay up to date and develop our processes as business needs change. Best of all, I get to work with my husband!
When I'm not working, I enjoy golf, reading, traveling and playing cards. Watching our four children learn and grow is one of the greatest joys of my life.
Brandon Jones
LEAD DESIGNER
I’ve had the pleasure of watching the internet grow into what it is today, and have a never-ending passion for making it a better place, one website at a time. The most rewarding part of my job is knowing that what I can produce from a blank canvas has the potential to take my clients’ business to the next level. Their success means the world to me.
I have a beautiful wife, Britney, and together we have three amazing young children. I enjoy grilling out, competitive bowling, and being a Dad. Oh, and Buckeye Football is life.
Alyssa Mehrberg
OFFICE ASSISTANT
Having recently graduated from the University of Central Florida studying Marketing and Industrial/Organizational Psychology, I am thrilled to begin my career as an Office Assistant at Social Firm. I look forward to diving into the marketing world and assisting in the organization and structure of Social Firm, as well as helping with the development of internal marketing strategy.
My hobbies outside of work include fitness, reading thriller and mystery books, yoga and hiking. I love spending time outdoors and going to the beach (when I'm back in Florida). Fun fact: I grew up doing musical theater—from the time I was 4 years old through high school I was on stage acting, singing and dancing.
Austin Parkison
SENIOR STRATEGIST
I have an extensive background in marketing for small to medium size businesses. From start-up companies with no structure to established companies looking to revamp and find success digitally. I specialize in scaling and growing companies through processes and marketing initiatives and live in the big picture. I enjoy seeing work take form as results for our clients and truly enjoy watching those I work with flourish!
When I'm not at home spending time with my beautiful wife and two dogs, I'm typically mountain biking or enjoying the day with friends. I enjoy discovering speakeasies and finding the most unique experiences to share with those I love!
Justin Kintz
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Born in Franklinton, I grew up just south of downtown Columbus. After high school I began my professional career in the hospitality industry, which eventually led me into the marketing world. Prior to joining Social Firm, I spent 6 years as the director of marketing for a multi-venue hospitality brand here in Columbus.
Throughout my years of experience in the working world, two themes have remained a constant drive for me: my passion for creativity and my desire to innovate. I have been lucky enough to work with a variety of leaders and mentors, all of whom have helped shape my understanding of the world and how to be an effective team player and leader.
Terence Womble
CONTENT MANAGER
I spent the first half of my career working in public relations and marketing mostly in New York City but also in Toronto, Philadelphia and Columbus. Even with clients as diverse as Philip Morris, The Philadelphia Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Shakespeare in Central Park, CAPA, Jazz Arts Group, or Broadway shows, the common theme has been compelling stories. Helping craft and share stories for our clients is my passion.
Other passions? Sure. Tennis, jazz, classical music and classic disco; reading, documentaries, fact-based dramas, and forensic crime shows. I also enjoy a perfectly mixed and presented Manhattan – up or on the rocks.
Micah Stillwell
DIGITAL STRATEGIST
Working in the food industry for nearly 15 years, six of which as a manager, it was time for a change. I decided one day to go back to college and get a degree in digital media.
My fiancé and I love to travel. We have been to the Pacific Northwest, Costa Rica, and Portugal. We have one fur baby that is the light of our life. She is 7 and her name is Ginger. In my downtime, I like to build Legos (some things you just do not grow out of), watch movies, and photography.
Eric McCabe
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
I graduated from the University of Akron with a BFA in graphic design in 2018, and began my career as a freelance graphic and web design before joining Social Firm. What fuels my drive is being able to use my creativity to bring your brand and professional identity into fruition, whether it be through a new logo or developing your online presence.

Doug Bierl
STRATEGIC PROJECT MANAGER
I have an inherent desire to help people and I like to figure out how to best connect people with something they need. That led me to a career in marketing and client services, primarily in marketing strategy and planning in product management, advertising account management, and marketing consulting.
When I’m not at work, you may see me walking the streets of Westerville with my wife, Julaine, or in a cafe meeting with a guy talking about life and faith. I value time with family, staying physically active and being outdoors brings me energy and joy.
Jason Willis
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Like many in the design world, I started out as a freelance. My early career was on the sales and marketing side of business, and I’ve worked with, and for several large companies. However, my greatest joy is helping and sharing in the success of locally owned organizations.
When I’m not tailgating at an OSU game or playing tennis, I love traveling and creating new experiences with my best girl Kelly and my sweet dog Charlie. I like visiting all the new restaurants popping up around town and seeing which one can make the best Old Fashioned.
Matt Erney
STRATEGIC MARKETING DIRECTOR
After founding Social Firm in 2010, I learned that having a healthy business online requires an equal balance of messaging, design and marketing. My vision is to help businesses compete in the marketplace by simplifying, clarifying and then amplifying their message.
I currently lead the Strategic Marketing team at Social Firm. I believe that to achieve greatness, one must be intentional and move quickly with focus beyond one’s self. I love Columbus and am energized by helping businesses realize their digital potential.
