Our Collaboration
CASTO first approached Social Firm for a single website design and development solution. Based on the success of their CASTOinfo.com website project, CASTO engaged with Social Firm to design, develop and maintain every website in the CASTO real estate portfolio. This is includes their corporate website, CASTO Communities website, CASTO Residential Realty website, and 7 of their regional shopping center websites.
Our Solution
The Social Firm and CASTO marketing teams worked hard together to organize content, create striking designs and develop and launch the full suite of CASTO websites on budget and on time. Social Firm also helped with marketing initiatives within the CASTO Communities division, helping CASTO Communities successfully launch several new apartment communities through the use of several digital advertising tactics.

Using an extensive keyword strategy, we crafted a multi-faceted PPC campaign to targeted audiences in specific geographic areas.

Paired with the Google PPC campaign, we created and trafficed sharp display ads that targeted the same audiences and geographic communities.
